MY PORTFOLIO

Case 1
Before
Once the lower anterior was extracted due to periodontal disease, an immediate acrylic denture was initially fitted. Once healing was complete, a lower cobalt chrome Scandinavian-design denture was fitted.
The patient attended the practice unhappy with their lower anterior, which was mobile and discoloured. They struggled to bite food and wanted to discuss replacement options for it.
Case 2
Before
The injection moulding technique I learnt in a Smile Direct composite course enabled a minimally invasive smile design makeover.
The patient attended the practice unhappy with their smile, citing a lack of confidence due to their teeth. Initially, we discussed prevention and OHI after years of tooth surface loss due to numerous fizzy drinks consumed while at work.
Case 3
Before
The patient has gained confidence in their smile, showcasing the life-changing impact dentures can have.
The patient was referred from Bognor Housing Trust after years of dental neglect.
Case 4
Before
Fibre posts were placed, and a monolithic zirconia crowns were fitted.
The patient had undergone trauma to the upper central incisors following a sporting injury. The patient had root canal treatment for both upper central incisors.
Case 5
Before
Initially, the patient's old crown and bridges were removed to assess restorability. Minimally invasive vertical preps were done before new crowns, bridges and veneer were fitted.
The patient has a public-facing job and felt embarrassed talking to clients due to the exposed metal of old crowns and bridges and the discolouration of their teeth.
Case 6
Before
Post-op root canal treatment of lower left 1st molar with a composite core. Four canals were identified and shaped with Wave One Gold and obturated using a bioceramic sealer. Planned for cuspal coverage (Emax Onlay)
The patient attended an emergency appt complaining of lower left 1st molar pain. Diagnosed with Symptomatic Apical Periodontitis, I extirpated and planned for Root canal treatment of LL6.
Case 7
Before
The lower anterior teeth were extracted, and an immediate temporary bridge LR3 - LL3 was fitted. Three months later, a definitive bridge was fitted, and an upper cobalt chrome Scandinavian-design denture was fitted.
The patient was unhappy with their upper partial acrylic denture due to poor retention. Their lower anterior was mobile due to periodontal disease.
Case 8

Porcelain Veneer UR1 fitted with good colour match and gum integration.
The patient fractured UR1 due to trauma. Discussed treatment options, including composite veneers and porcelain veneers.
