ABOUT ME

I am a highly motivated and compassionate Foundation Dentist currently working within the Berkshire Thames Valley Scheme. I hold a BDS degree from the University of Birmingham and I am now developing a strong foundation in all aspects of general practice at Peach Dental, Wokingham. I am passionate about building a strong rapport with patients, particularly those who are dentally anxious, and I find it incredibly rewarding to see my patients take responsibility for their oral health. I thrive in a team-oriented environment and am a strong communicator, with a genuine enthusiasm for patient education. Committed to continuous professional development, I seek opportunities to expand my knowledge and skills through courses outside of work. I am also actively involved in the dental community as a committee member for the BACD, where I contribute to the young membership committee and help manage the BACD's social media presence.

Student ambassador for the University of Birmingham

In this role I supported University Open Days, where my main role involved running tours of the Dental Hospital for prospective students.

Voluntary Chairwoman for Medsoc Gym group

In this role I organised and led fitness classes for Medical and Dental students at University. The classes I ran included, circuits, pilates and HIT. This role helped me gain confidence in leading and teaching others.

Dental applicant Tutor

In this role, I supported students wishing to apply to dentistry. I was involved with mock interviews, providing personal statement advice, running workshops and creating learning resources regarding the dental school application process.
